This is looking from the south east corner of the lot down the lot line.
The front line is 207' long from this point going to the left.

This is looking down the same line as above except a few  yards to the West.
That red truck will look good out there next to a big white place!!!!

This is looking from the center back end towards the road
where you see my truck setting.  I have walked all this ground and it
looks good to me.  I picked this side because the sun would come up
to the left of this picture and be on the back of the house in the morning
and on the front in the evening.  You wouldn't be able to set in the back
with the Piece #1 as it would be to hot in the afternoon.

This is a survey sheet and shows sizes. Dave bought the Lot 2A and I bought 2B
after I had Lot #2 surveyed and subdivided.

Click on the thumbnails above to see larger picture.  They are driveway at house, driveway from road, sewage start,
sewage finished, support footers, mailbox close and mailbox from across McNabb Shortcut Rd.  When we move our
address will be 493 McNabb Shortcut Rd., Loris, SC. 29569 and our phone number will be 843-716-0051.

they are put together on the ground.  The last picture was taken from the road looking at the back lot
which is our 1 1/2 ac lot.  Lots of grass to mow the way it looks to me.

Click on the thumbnails above to see larger picture.  The first is the electric company setting poles and they
run wires to the house underground.  I did cut down some of the weeds and you can see the foundation for my
"DOG HOUSE" as Pearl calls my shop and storage building out back.  It's coming along good so far.  The 5th
picture is with the rest of the ground ready to plant grass.

Click on the thumbnails above to see larger picture.   The first being the boss overseeing the block and stucco
job around the base of the house.  The next 6 are of my dog house being erected and how it looks from the
road.  The 8th one being of the front porch being built.  You can also see the stucco base around the house.
In the next 3 pictures you can see some rye grass starting to come up, front, middle & back yard in that order.
This is nine days after the seed was put down.  Last one showing front porch finished.

This is the first picture of the back screened in porch.  The second is with the new carport with brown part way
down the sides that I didn't know I was getting and now have to paint to match the house.  No problem when it
gets warmer.  The third is with the driveway extended down to the DOG HOUSE along with some bird feeders
I put up and will move if I don't get birds to them.  You also see all the grass I now cut.  Also had rain gutters
installed on the front and back of the house
I'M HAVING FUN DOWN HERE IN THE COUNTRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Should have done this 13 years ago.

It's official now that it has the name Pearl gave it over the door.  You see my chain, food dish and my red eyes
looking out the black doorway.  The sign was made by a chainsaw artist and given to me by Debbie and Dave
for Christmas.  Dave also ran electric to my dog house while he was here.  Now my stove and frig work.  All I
need now is a bed and heater.

This is the flower box I built for Pearl. She says she is going to plant bulbs in it soon. HAHAHAHA
I added two decks to the back screened in porch later.

This is some of the landscaping work that is going on now. I will do all trees like the one shown.
I'm putting black plastic around every thing to stop the weeds. It lets water and food in, but weeds out (I hope!!!).
