Jimmie Stone & The Southland Boys

Jimmie Stone & The Southland Boys are from the Hemingway, South Carolina area. The Southland Boys will perform their program of traditional bluegrass music at this year's Bluegrass on the Waccamaw show. This band has built a good reputation for real hard driving music.

Jimmie Stone has opened for some of the best names in the business, including Bill Monroe, Jimmy Martin and Don Reno & Red Smiley

Jimmie Stone was the recipient of Bluegrass on the Waccamaw's "Liftime Commitment Award" a few years ago.
